aww, sorry you're sick! hope you feel better real soon.
days of rain was hell!
The street in front of my house has been dug up to repair some sewer lines so I came home to crowded street parking tonight. There's usually scads of spaces available. Everyone tries to park in front of their house with the exception of a few renters with more than one car to park. And generally speaking, there's never a problem. Except for ... Notey Nancy.
I call her Notey Nancy (not her real name) because she leaves awful notes on your car if you park in front of her house. It's not like we have assigned parking spaces - it's strictly first-come first-parked. One neighbor refers to her as "The PIG" because he's received several lovely letters from aforementioned Notey Nancy. That, and I suppose her size has something to do with his nick of choice.
Anyhow, I had to park in front of her house tonight. I've been dreaming up sublime responses to her inevitable note tomorrow. None really seem to have the bitter sarcasm necessary. Please help with your suggestions. I'll post the best comeback!
