Three things and I'm off to bowl.

1. Was that the most jacked up football game yesterday?  Honestly, I thought I was going to throw up when Ben fumbled the snap a second time.  It was all down hill and then uphill and then downhill and then back up that hill and then down ... well, you get the point.  Too bad we didn't get the points.  Steelers lose to the Falcons in OT.  Boo Hoo!  Side Note:  I said to Theresa during the first quarter, "Hey ... Ben doesn't look like Ben, does he?  Doesn't he look sick or something?"  I think he looks awful and shouldn't be playing.  Just my two cents.
2. Suzanne Westenhoefer was a RIOT!  I didn't remember she's originally from Pennsylvania. She did a show in Lancaster, PA (can we say Bible Thumpin' Farming Communities?) the night before.  Evidently, there was some convention of online daters that took place at a resort in Lancaster.  Suzanne wanted to know what the hell is going on in Hawaii that one woman had to fly to Lan-freaking-canster, PA, to hook up.  Too funny. 
3. I smoked Saturday night.  I don't feel the urge to smoke today and I didn't smoke yesterday.  Theresa and I went out for a few beers after the show and I had about five cigarettes.  I feel okay with this new "smoke only when I go out" plan.  It doesn't feel so depriving and final and I'm still smoking five or six times less than I did (or 100-120 cigarettes less each week).  It's hard to quit when one partner still smokes -- but I can't blame T for my smoking.  It's a decision I made.  I feel great that I've cut way back.  That's a huge step toward quitting.
